MSD provides Employer Sponsored Life Insurance as an employee benefit for all active eligible employees at no cost. When you are hired you will be expected to complete the Lincoln Financial Beneficiary Form.

If you leave your position with MSD you will have the option to keep the Lincoln Financial Life Insurance as an individual policy. Please review the items below and contact Lincoln Financial to begin the process of Keeping your Insurance. This must be completed within 31 days of loss of eligibility.
